More Grandparents!
As promised, I took a video of Ronan for Grandma Kay and Grandpa Joe. Also in this video, Ronan says "I love you" for the first time. Okay, he kinda says "I love you" but he has been repeating it all day. Let the debate over the favorite grandparents begin! The second video is Ronan's reaction when I asked if we could take another video with him saying "hi" to his cousin Paul. Needless to say, it didn't happen. It was a dicey afternoon.

Grandparents!!
Mr. Man has been chatting up a storm lately, repeating almost everything he hears. He loves to imitate (as seen in video #2 when he whispers because I whisper) and is talking in sentences more and more. He is pretty shy and sometimes clams up in front of others so I decided to start taking some video. I am facinated by all this language stuff. My favorite is when Ronan pauses and stumbles a bit while he thinks of what he wants to say... you can see the little wheels churning. Some of our most loyal followers are grandparents so I figured it was about time to pay a little tribute. Ronan actually has 6 grandparents (lucky boy!) and can currently say 4 of their names so we decided to say 'hi' to them today. As for Grandma Kay and Grandpa Joe...it's coming soon, we just have a little more work to do! Warning: I think these videos are cute, grandparents may think these videos are cute, I can't be held accountable to the rest of you. And yes, humidity is as kind to Ronan's hair as it is to mine.
Mother's Day
First of all, we should wish a Happy Mother's Day to JaJa and JuJu...the best moms and grandmas that we could ask for! We love you very much! I felt very lucky this Mother's Day. We spent the morning at the zoo and the afternoon at the park and getting some icecream. It was a great day with great weather! I spent much of the day trying to get Ronan to smile for a Mother's Day picture and finally got the perfect shot!!
Are you my mom?
I don't care how much he looks like a Murphy...there's definately a resemblance (such concentration).
Awwww....perfect for Mother's Day.
Ronan's reaction when I asked him to take a picture with me.
A quick picture, please?
I'm so pathetic.
There's the money shot!! It just took playing in the pond for 45 minutes and mud snack, but I got it!
I'm not above bribery.

Hugs, Sugar, Slides, Swings, and Puddles!
A typical Murphy reaction to a hug
"What the hell was that!"
"I'll stand here, but I won't be happy about it."
Really, dude?!!
Yep! It's delicious!
Good thing he's so cute
After a few face plants due to sticky shoe soles, Ronan has decided on this sliding style.
And this is how he often swings. He thinks it is hilarious. It gives me panic attacks.
I had just asked him if this was a good idea. "Ummmm....no?"
Easter in Canton
We headed up to Canton for Easter weekend. We had a great time hanging out with the cousins and having an Easter egg hunt. We also stopped by Elliot and Sarah's house to see the Murphs (including the soon-to-be Murphy cousin.) Congrats to Elliot and Sarah!

The Troublemakers
You thought the last two were troublemakers...check out these two. As you can tell they were thrilled about this little photo shoot.
I'm not sure what is going on in this picture, but I love it!

Easter
Sure, we dyed our eggs shirtless (well, Ronan was shirtless) and looked good doing it! Ronan mostly threw the eggs into the cups and cracked half of them...and had a great time.
Let's dye some eggs!
Another egg, peeze:)
Check out that concentration
What's the big deal. I'm just dying some eggs!
Mission accomplished.
Let's celebrate with some Vitamin D!
Finding the basket
Some good stuff!
