New Tricks
Just wanted to update everyone on some of Ronan's new tricks. This week he has learned to clap his hands after being fascinated by my clapping at him for weeks. He also ate his first cheerio, which he promptly threw up. His second cheerio stayed down after a few gags...progress! Here is a video of him trying to escape from me as I make him try crawling.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
With a name like Ronan McCann you've gotta celebrate St. Patty's Day, right? It was a beautiful sunny day in Columbus so we headed to the parade. It was awesome to meet up with Kevin and the Alexandrunas family!

Weekend Pics
Little man has decided he likes to sleep on his tummy. This is a good thing as I was tired of the rolling and screaming and needing to be rescued game everytime he was in his crib. He is finally able to roll back (about 10% of the time) which is also a good thing for my sanity.

Spring!
Ronan is almost 7 months old (officially on Friday). I haven't even posted his 6 month stats... height and head were both 92% (that's a big noggin!), weight 50% (as always). He has officially outgrown his infant carseat. We have had an eventful couple of weeks. After much deliberation and a long chat with the doctor, we embarked on some sleep training, aka crying it out. It was awful (I cried before Ronan did) but it worked! He started sleeping in much longer stretches. Still didn't make it through the night, but was sleeping up to 6 hours at a time. That lasted for about 4 nights...and then the little man got sick. The doctor told us to abandon the sleep training for now and the sleeping has gone downhill. So we will see what happens once he is feeling better. On to better news... The weather has been great and we couldn't be more ready for spring. Here are some picures from our latest adventures.
